Rib-Eye Steak with Club House Gluten-Free Brown Gravy


This is the simplest and fastest steak recipe, with a dash of salt and lots of cracked peppers. In  12 minutes,  it turns out as a juicy, medium-rare steak, with crisped and crunchy edges, and so much flavour. Honestly; it is the rich, thick and absolutely delicious gravy that makes this recipe a great choice for holiday.

Ingredients :

  • 1 Lbs rib-eye steak
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Club House meat tenderizer
  • Cracked sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 2 Packs of Club House Gluten-Free Brown Gravy Mix

Directions :
  • Preheat Oven's broiler
  • Spread half of the butter on top of the steak
  • Sprinkle with Club House meat tenderiser, salt and pepper
  • Place the steak on a roasting pan on the middle rack
  • Broil for 6 to 8 minutes
  • Flip over the steak and spread the remaining butter
  • Season just like the other side
  • Return to the broiler and cook for another 6-8 minutes or to desired doneness
Gravy
  • In a saucepan, combine water and gravy mix
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 4 minutes
Cooking Tips :
  1. Frozen steak can be used straight from the fridge
  2. Serve with mashed potatoes, and choices of vegetables.

We choosed to make a simple steak recipe, in order to savour the taste of this gravy without adding any  flavouring on it. This gravy was a highly recomended for its quality and taste, a great gravy  in a snap.
